You have two upcoming opportunities to take a half-day Chi Running Clinic and they're now at The Confluence!

Certified Chi Running Instructor Sarah Richardson will lead this 5-hour clinic and share everything she knows. Your body will thank you as you learn how to work with the force of gravity and the force of the oncoming road, which will decrease the pounding often associated with running. This clinic is designed for all levels. Contrary to what you may think, there is little running and mostly fun exercises and body sensing activities to solidly transfer the information. Come join the “movement!” These will be the last clinics offered until April, 2017:
