On Wednesday, October 23rd at 6PM, in the City Fire Department conference room (upstairs from the Police Department), there will be an informational meeting for prospective Neighborhood Watch captains. Are you interested in making a difference by organizing your neighborhood against crime? Come and learn about what being a watch captain entails, speak to current captains, and learn how we can deter crime by being informed, and unified. Both City and Town residents are encouraged to attend.
