A Leadership Development Workshop presented by Doris Sumner, DEI Consultant, Empowering Gender Opportunities (EGO)

Learn how addressing unconscious bias, resolving conflicts, and fostering inclusive workplaces can help build cohesive, high-performing teams while enhancing employee satisfaction, retention, and overall business success. Doris uses her unique human resources management and development expertise, gained through 36 years of military leadership, to offer practical strategies for effective business leadership.

Doris Sumner, a resident of Milton, is a 36-year Veteran of the Vermont National Guard. She is also an Author and business owner who brings her experience to business leaders regarding inclusion strategies for recruiting, retaining, and developing high-performing work centers.
