Are you interested learning how to prepare ethnic food, Ethiopian/Eritrean cuisine? If so, come join me on 10/6 at CVU. This class will focus on vegetables while the focus on November class will be on meat, December class will be both veggie & meat. All classes will be hands on, we'll cook together, learn different spices and I will demo how to make injera, the bread that makes this cuisine unique.
