The Bridge St. Bridge in South Barre will be dedicated to one of Barre Town’s exemplary citizens, Gordon Booth, who passed away this spring. The Bridge St. Bridge Dedication and Appreciation Ceremony on Saturday, September 24th, 11am-12pm, will honor him and thank the key contributors to the project , including Senator Jeffords, VTrans, and Miller Construction. The majority of the ceremony will be held at the bike path on the west end of the bridge. The public is welcome to attend. Please carpool as parking is limited (on the east side of the mobile home park driveway, and along the northeast side of the South Barre post office building).
