Please be aware that the Design Review Board will be making a final decision on the Pine Street Deli Project by Redstone Development Corporation on Tuesday, August 2 at the 5 p.m. meeting at Contois Auditorium in Burlington City Hall. Thirty apartments, 4 stories, 45 feet hight, eight feet in front of the curb. Two commercial spaces will be restaurants, seeking permits to be open until 1 a.m. The fourth floor will contain a deck (party deck?) from which we can expect noise issues. Many of us are concerned with the scale of this project. If you cannot show up, it's important that you write a brief letter to the Design Review Board, asking to be listed as an "interested party."
