Hello neighbors,

A Vermont Gas person dropped off a card today inviting me to attend the meeting tomorrow to "make my voice heard" regarding the fracked gas pipeline through Geprags Park.

The VGS card describes the "benefits" and "added community value" of the pipeline, and presents the meeting as an opportunity to discuss the "expansion of natural gas in Hinesburg".

Please know that this has NOTHING to do with VGS expansion in Hinesburg - it's about VGS running a high-pressure transmission line through a public park and attempting to take land in a public park through eminent domain in complete violation of the wishes of the donors, who generously gave the park to Hinesburg.
