Applying Horse Sense to Happier, Healthy Lives for CANCER SURVIVORS
Join us at Survivorship NOW in Williston on August 2nd from 5:30-6:30 for a free event open to all adult cancer survivors. Throughout history, horses have represented strength, grace, tranquility and beauty. Increasingly, they are partnering in ways that help create new levels of self-awareness that transforms the way people approach relationships and life. In this interactive workshop, we’ll apply horse sense to how you can live healthier, happy lives. Through “Stories from the Stalls” and engaging activities, you will gain new skills and techniques to assist you. By engaging your mind, body and emotions, you will change the way you view yourself and engage more fully present with your world. Please register at www.survivorshipnowvt.org or call Chantale Anders at 777-1126 for additional information.
