Just want to alert anyone interested in attending a public hearing on Thursday night, July 28 at 7 pm. This is in regard to a rural residential zoning (low density residential district) with a request to change the zoning so that a 6 unit (3 duplexes) can be approved on Morgan road.

The concern is that the current zoning is being asked to change to accommodate the builders request. If the current zoning is changed here it could happen anywhere in Jericho.
