My previous post listed the wrong time for the meeting. It will be 7-8:30pm at Stowe Street Cafe.

Current events are horrific and overwhelming for so many of us. The current administration seems intent on overloading us, leading to panic and a feeling of powerlessness. The support we expect from our government may fail us. We should prepare to care for each other.

There will be a gathering Feb 20 at Stowe Street Cafe at 7 pm to talk about what we can do - right now, and over time - to take care of our neighbors. This conversation will be led by the Waterbury Democrats but it's not just a political conversation - it's a local action conversation.

There will be information on political actions you may take.

We're going to work together to figure out some things we can do to learn where help is needed and support each other. It will take action from all of us working together to nurture our democracy and community. Together we are strong.
