GIRLS TASTE OF HOCKEY
Try this low-cost, low-commitment introudction to girls ice hockey. Find out how much fun it can be to play this athletic sport in the company of other girls. Over three days, girls will learn basic skating and stick-handling skills and even play a few simple scrimmages so that by the end they really will have had a "taste of hockey" and will better know if they want to continue playing the sport. No hockey experience necessary; some skating experience helpful. Coaching provided by Essex Youth Hockey Association and area high school girls hockey players.
