From Don Houghton:
The Craftsbury Historical Society is happy to announce the first installment of our new series "Craftsbury Storycorps", next Wednesday, October 16, 7 pm, in the Common Room of Craftsbury Academy. Our idea is to invite 'elder statesmen/stateswomen' from Craftsbury who have unique perspectives on aspects of our town history that they're willing to talk about, conversationally, with others invited guests, in a forum where the public is invited to listen in, and which will be filmed, digitally, for purposes of preservation.
So, you're all invited! Our first invitees are Morris Rowell, his brother Marvin, and sister Louise Kinsey. This promises to be an interesting and informative evening.
Thanks to the Academy staff Aaron Cornelius, Tony Schneider, Jane Linck and Principal Merri Greenia for their willingness to share their facility with us, and to provide recording equipment.
