Have fun AND help keep housing affordable in Addison County! Join Addison County Community Trust (ACCT) and Lincoln Peak Vineyard for an evening of celebrating & supporting affordable housing:

-Learn about the housing market while you sip Marquette: we'll have a display on our recent and upcoming housing developments and ongoing programs
-Learn how to use a crescent wrench while you sip La Crescent: visit with one of our trained maintenance technicians at a pop-up maintenance helpdesk, and learn about common DIY home repair projects
-COMPLIMENTARY wine tastings courtesy of Lincoln Peak Vineyard
-"Classic comfort cuisine with a nutritious organic twist" available for sale from Mama Dog's Food Truck--a portion of all sales additionally go to benefit ACCT
-Entertainment, including live jazz & a 50-50 raffle

ALL ticket sales go directly to support ACCT and include entry into a raffle for a Lincoln Peak bottle of wine of your choice. We count on your support to develop, preserve, and manage affordable housing all over the county, from energy efficient apartments to affordable mobile home parks and single-family homes. Your contributions help keep rent affordable: rents at our properties support about 2/3 of what it takes to run ACCT--the rest comes from grants and from YOUR support. Last year ACCT's summer fundraiser contributed over $3,000 to our $25,000 2015 fundraising total!
