75 minutes ( all levels welcome)
Yoga Flow is dynamic class great for all levels. We link breath with movement and keep a rhythmic pace. Sometimes class is set to music, other times we practice in silence to allow space for quiet contemplation.
Classes begin with a gentle warm up, then we flow into a mindful asana (posture) sequence and wind down into a silent savasana to allow your mind, body, energy, and spirit to unite.
No need to sign up! Just show up a few minutes early.
