If you, your spouse or family member develops a chronic illness or becomes disabled and unable to care for themselves for an extended period of time, long-term care services will, in all probability be needed.

Please join us to learn more about:
- What options are available to you and your family when long term care is needed?
- What services and facilities are available in our community?
- What is a "Care Coordinator" and what do they do?
- Should you self-insure or buy Long Term Care insurance?
- What does Long Term Care insurance cover?
- Ways to pay for the care,as it relates to Medicare, Medicaid, insurance, investments and selling asets
