We're having a Community Potluck and End of the Year Celebration BBQ at CCS, and you're invited!
The whole community is welcome to come celebrate the hard work the Charlotte kiddies did all year, and kick off summer with a party! Bring a dish to share; the event will be held rain or shine--behind the school if the weather is nice and in the gym if it's raining. No one likes a soggy hot dog.
We're also having a SUPER EXCITING basket raffle--you have to see these baskets; they're amazing! Each basket has a theme, like outdoor sports, reading (one basket has a Kindle!), animal lovers, builders, and more. Bring some cash to buy your tickets.
Here's how the raffle works:
1. Buy tickets.
2. Put your tickets in the jars in front of the baskets. You can put all of your tickets into the jar of a basket you really love, or you can spread them out between different baskets.
3. Cross your fingers and hope your name gets picked.
We're also having our annual Champ Run race behind the school on Tuesday, and one more thing...Tuesday is voting day for Act 46, so head over to school to vote and then join the party.
We hope to see you all there; we're so proud of our school, the kids, and grateful for all the adults who care for them all day, and appreciative of the love and support we get from everyone in Charlotte.
