Aging Well Workshops

I will be leading three Aging Well workshops at Laughing River Yoga in the Chace Mill in the next three months: June 26, "Using the Core in Daily Life"; July 24, "Balance & Alignment"; and August 21, "Tension & Relaxation." All will be on Sundays, 10:00-12:00; they will not be strenuous 2-hour workouts but relaxed and playful explorations. No experience is needed, only comfortable clothes, and all ages are welcome.
