Ever wonder where the water goes and what happens after you turn on the faucet or flush the toilet? The Milton Wastewater Department is holding an open house this Friday, May 27 from 10 AM to 2 PM and Saturday, May 28th from 9 AM to Noon at the Treatment Plant at 145 Lamoille Terrace. This is part of Vermont's Water Quality Day, set aside to appreciate our state's water and the astonishing systems that keep it clean and safe. Join our staff for a look at what steps and systems are in place to treat wastewater and see your public infrastructure in action.
