Fundraiser with 40 crafters and vendors supporting Camp Ta Kum Ta. Saturday April 30th 9-3pm. At the Milton Grange. There will also be a Silent Auction.

Camp Ta-Kum-Ta provides challenging, extraordinary experiences in a safe and loving environment for children who have or have had cancer and their families. Camp exists for Vermont and Northern New York children. (including other out-of-state children who are treated in Vermont), between the ages 7-17, at no cost to their families. Camp Ta-Kum-Ta tries to squeeze in as many life experiences and memories as possible into one magical week. Along with traditional camp activities such as swimming, athletics, ropes course, and arts & crafts, Ta-Kum-Ta offers once-in-a-lifetime opportunities such as rock climbing expeditions, hot-air balloon rides, formal dances, and lake cruises. For some kids this is the only time they will ever be able to experience this stuff. Mrs Vermont International, Casey Scofield will be joining us as well to help with the silent auction and collection of donations.
