I signed up for a croissant class at King Arthur Flour Bakery in Norwich this Thursday, April 14, and unfortunately I'm unable to go due to a work conflict. If anyone would be interested in using my spot, let me know. I paid $100 for the class, but am happy to take any contribution you'd like to make. You also get a 10% discount on any store purchases the day of the class (great chance to stock up on flour). The class is Thursday from 1-5pm and is sold out.
