Special 2-Hour Guided Group Meditation April 30

From Stanford to the University of Wisconsin Center for Healthy Minds to Harvard to the University of North Carolina to Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts, researchers from some of the nation's best colleges have been proving that the benefits of a regular meditation practice are quite amazing -- for all of us!! Even novice meditators can quickly reap the rewards.

Meditation is so important to our well being, even the U.S. Surgeon General is urging us all to become meditators. He says meditation is just as vital to our health as exercise and diet. Just as vital!!

If you've never meditated before -- or if you have a regular practice -- or anywhere in between, you can give your brain and body a booster shot with a two hour guided meditation on Saturday April 30th from 8:30 -10:30 AM, for just $18, at the Unitarian Church in Montpelier.
