Yoga for Stress Relief at Yoga Mountain

I will be teaching another Yoga for Stress Relief series starting Thursday 4/14/16 from 5:30-6:45 pm at Yoga Mountain in Montpelier. The series runs for 6 weeks (ending 5/19/16) and includes one hour of individual consultation outside of the weekly class. Participants will learn tools and strategies from the yoga tradition to help them better cope with stress.
