Join Brandy Oswald of Body Love Tribe for a Friday filled with yoga and love at Sangha Studio on Pine St in Burlington. Body Love Yoga is an energetic and funky style of flow yoga that promotes letting go, feeling good, and having fun. We will flow through a playful yoga flow to funky, fun music, and add our favorite dance moves in along the way. You will leave this class feeling confident, playful, and so fun in your beautiful body. There’s really no better way to kick off the weekend!

Get ready to stretch, wiggle, dance, and show your body so much love.

This Body Love Yoga workshop will include a 75 minute yoga flow class, a 15 minute meditation, and two writing/reflection exercises.
