The Destiny African Children's Choir will be performing this Sunday, September 29th from 5 - 6 PM in the backyard of the Church of the Crucified One in Moretown! The choir is made up of 20 orphaned children between the ages of 9 - 18 who are from Uganda where they have been taken from a hopeless life on the streets to a life of hope and happiness at the Kampala Children's Center. They will be performing under a tent in the church's backyard for just one hour. Adults and children of all ages will enjoy watching them drum, tell stories, sing and dance. Invite your neighbors, friends & family - it's going to be a performance you won't forget. (There will be an opportunity to make a donation during the performance.)
