Mindful Eating & Yoga Workshop at Yoga Roots

Do you turn to food when you feel stressed? Do you have certain rules for yourself when it comes to eating? Do you commonly eat on the go or while multi tasking? If you answered yes to any of these questions, this workshop is for you! Break free of certain patterns related to food and begin to enjoy healthy, flexible and relaxed eating practices. Learn how mindfulness and yoga can help turn off your stress response and turn on your natural rest and digest response. Mindful eating is not about what we eat, rather about the way we eat.
