Dance to End Violence Against Women Oct. 23

On October 23rd at 12:30PM in Barre, Vermont, women and men will meet at the downtown park (with the gazebo) to dance to the music of “Break The Chain,” the One Billion Rising campaign founded and inspired by Eve Ensler and the women of the world (and some men) who are coming together to end violence against women.

Rehearsals for the event take place every Wednesday at Noon between now and October 16th at the Barre Evangelical Church, 17 South Main Street, Barre, Vermont 05641

We’d love to have students from local high schools, Norwich University, downtown Barre friends come to the event which marks Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
