Sleep evades many people for many different reasons. Learn how to down regulate your nervous system as a bridge to help you transition from your wake time to your rest/sleep time. Discover the powerful impact of "do less with more intention" to help your brain and body routinely touch into mindful Movement & Pause Moments. These strategies can be explored throughout the day so your body and brain have time to practice releasing tension and stress responses on a regular basis - which in turn makes this a more understood process for your brain and body to repeat. Use these strategies if you wake up and typically can't fall back asleep. We will also explore non-sleep deep rest and what habits may be impacting your sleep experience.
