An informal group of Montpelier-area residents interested in possibly "downsizing" their housing situation at some point in the future will be meeting Saturday from 10:30 am to noon at the Hayes Room at the library. We'll have two presentations, plus time for discussion. Matt Wheaton of DEW will explain the costs involved in developing a specific downtown location for market-rate condos, whether rentals or owned units. Chris Kiper of Anomal will talk about a tiny house his firm built in Montpelier and design considerations for small living. The meeting is open to the public.
