Just a reminder….PACE is coming to town. Mark Kelly of Efficiency Vermont will be here to talk about the PACE affordable loan program. PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) helps low and moderate income families get funds to install energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. The low or no interest loan is attached to the property, not to the homeowner. Come and learn about the types of projects you could choose, amounts you could borrow, interest rates and payment plans.
Mark and PACE will be at the Huntington library on Thursday night, Feb 18 at 7pm. Come in out of the cold, enjo some cheese and crackers and have fun thinking about YOUR next home improvement project to make your house warmer, cooler, tighter, less expensive to operate etc.
