This posting is a day late and a dollar short, as the phrase goes, but better late than never I guess!
rbTechnologies, Central Vermont's Socially Responsible, Politically Incorrect computer networking and Managed Services company, is hosting our second annual Revenge on Technology day here at the Hangar Building, 1970 VT Route 14 South in East Montpelier. The event takes place tomorrow, 9/25/2013 from 2:00-5:00PM.
We had a ton of fun with this event last year: It's an official Vermont e-waste collection event, so bring your old electronic junk and get rid of it for free!
We'll have Grillmaster Chad flipping burgers from Tangletown Farm (my sister's farm in West Glover), hot dogs and Corn on the cob.
The centerpiece of the event is the Smashing Booth, where you can put that old piece of technology that's managed to attract your ire over the years on the Sacrificial Altar of Technology Gone Bad. Apply a few well placed blows with our Big Flippin' Hammer and you'll exorcise those technology demons once and for all!
We'll be there and we'll be square (because we are computer geeks, after all).
