Through guided meditation, we are able to join mind and body and to abide calmly in a a state of acceptance and well-being.
How we feel about ourselves determines the content of our thoughts. Conversely, we can observe how different kinds of thoughts make us feel about ourselves, and notice when our mind has been "hijacked" into thought patterns that actually diminish the quality and brilliance of our experience.
