1. Town-wide Reappraisal -- Approval of Request for Proposal for a contractor to provide assessment services to complete the reappraisal.

The Hyde Park Board of Listers are beginning the process of a Town-wide reappraisal, to be completed for the 2018 tax year. We decided at our October 21, 2015, to do a complete reappraisal of the Town to bring our tax assessments back into line with the current market. The last reappraisal was done for the 2006 tax year, and the real estate markets have changed since then.
