The Vermont Senate Judiciary Committee will hold a public hearing on marijuana legalization on Tuesday January 19th at 6pm at UVM's Davis Center in the Grand Maple Ballroom. Whether you favor marijuana legalization, oppose it, or are undecided, your views are welcome.

Two suggestions for those interested in attending:
1. Arrive early. Parking at UVM can be tricky so do yourself a favor and allow enough time to get there.
2. Because of time constraints, we will likely need to restrict speakers to three minutes each. Three minutes is not a long time so if you plan to speak prepare your comments to be brief and highlight your key points. You are more than welcome to submit longer, written comments to the committee either in lieu of speaking or in addition to speaking.
