Great opportunity for expectant parents to prepare for the tender postpartum period. We will focus on the essential self-care and infant-soothing techniques and concepts to know for entering the "4th Trimester" - a time when body and mind are re-balancing while welcoming a new life.
Free workshop includes Postpartum Essentials kit and a copy of Good Beginnings' Postpartum Care Planner.
