This Sunday (11/22) at noon, Ned Davis, Waterbury florist and owner of Vermont Academy of Floral Design, will offer a free talk on his creative process at the White Meeting House. All are welcome to attend, and light refreshments will be served.

This event tops off his remarkable show which is currently on view at the White Meeting House, “The Power of One.” It highlights Ned’s favorite botanical and floral installations from more than a decade of work at the White Meeting House. It is remarkable how he uses flowers to explore ideas of spirit, challenge and grace.

Ned’s talk should appeal to gardeners, artists, and spiritual explorers as well as to those who are church goers. I know you will be inspired to see how one person’s passion can be turned into action that enriches the lives of many.

While the talk is this Sunday, Ned’s show runs through November 29 at the White Meeting House, 8 North Main Street in Waterbury. Admission is free and open to the public on Tuesdays through Fridays, 9 to 4, or by special appointment. Call 244-6606 with questions.
