Just a reminder that the Monkton Open House is tomorrow Wednesday at 5:30-8pm at the Monkton Fire Station. This is an opportunity for Monkton residents to discuss what they love about their town. So please come and join us.

The Monkton Planning Commission and a group of interested Monktonites together with the Addison County Regional Planning Commission have been participants in this study. The goal was to identify natural, cultural, and historical elements within Monkton that are intrinsic to the unique, character of the town in order to knowingly guide future development, town policy and land conservation efforts.

This Study is a requirement of your Monkton Town Plan adopted in 2014.
