Community Harvest Festival

Richmond Elementary Farm to School invites you to celebrate local farms and food at the Sixth Annual Harvest Festival on Sunday, October 25th from 11:00am to 3:00pm at the West Monitor Barn in Richmond. The event is free of charge and open to children of all ages and their families. There will be loads of activities including grinding grain, blending bike-powered smoothies, making pizza, photo booth, climbing on hay bales and much more. Enjoy a local lunch and dessert, listen to live music, and bid on great items in a silent auction. All proceeds will benefit our farm to school program, helping us purchase local food and provide farm, food and nutrition education in our classrooms, cafeteria and community. Questions?
