Free Morning Workouts at Waterbury Rec!

Looking for a fun way to get a workout in during the week? Come join a HIIT style, group workout led by Waterbury Rec Program Coordinator Katie Mandych on Wednesday and Friday mornings!

Please text Katie at 802-999-7237 by 8pm the night before to let her know you will attend - no further registration necessary!

WHEN: Every Wednesday & Friday 7:30-8:15am
WHERE: Recreation Building, 27 Butler St.
COST: Free! Donations accepted to our Summer Camp Scholarship fund
WHO: Anyone interested in working out!
WHAT TO BRING: Water bottle, exercise mat (extras available upon request), indoor shoes (optional)
