As many of you know, my partner, Amy Todisco's daughter, Diana, went through four brain operations and 6 weeks of radiation this summer for a benign brain tumor. It was a grueling process, but I am happy to report great success and Diana is doing exceptionally well.

Now they are faced with some financial challenges due to this 3 month+ process. American Flatbread has graciously offered to provide a benefit this Friday (10/23), donating a percentage of each flatbread sold. There will also be a silent auction.
