SAM-VT (Smart Approaches to Marijuana - Vermont) supports alternatives to legal commercialized marijuana. Vermont has already legalized industrial hemp and medical marijuana, and we have decriminalized the drug, so that, today, no one is going to jail for simple possession. Developing a commercialized industry around recreational marijuana is NOT the next step. It's not inevitable and there are better alternatives.
