Dear Community Members,

The Lamoille North Supervisory Union invites you to attend our 2025 Annual Meeting on Monday, February 17, 2025, at 7:00 PM in the Community Education Center at the Green Mountain Technology & Career Center in Hyde Park. This meeting will provide an opportunity to learn about the Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26) Modified Unified Union School District (LNMUUSD) budgets and gain insight into the budget development process.

The Annual Meeting will be a chance to learn about the MUUSD elementary budget - which supports Belvidere/Waterville, Eden, Hyde Park, and Johnson - the MUUSD secondary budget, which supports Lamoille Union Middle School and Lamoille Union High School - and the budget for Green Mountain Technology & Career Center.

The Cambridge Town School District (representing Cambridge Elementary School) will hold its Annual Meeting on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at 1:00 PM in the CES Gymnasium for residents of Cambridge and Jeffersonville. The meeting will either begin at 1:00 PM or at the conclusion of the town meeting, whichever is later.

The evening of February 17th will include a review of our Annual Meeting Warning (https://resources.finalsite.net/images/v1737040333/lnsuorg/seblj5fh16xum4dkmimv/AnnualMeetin[...]pdf), including all articles appearing in front of Lamoille North voters on Town Meeting Day. The gathering will also include presentations of our LNMUUSD budgets.

Collaboration with our communities directly supports the future of our students and, by extension, the strength and vitality of our Vermont communities. In an aging state, investing in the education and development of our young people is essential. A well-supported school system ensures that our students have the knowledge, skills, and opportunities to become local leaders and productive members of the workforce, reinforcing Vermont's future.

Your participation in this meeting is vital. Together, we can ensure that our schools continue to provide equity, access, and opportunity for every student, shaping a stronger future for all.
