Great Event Coming Up!

On September 19th, the VT for Nepal Committee will sponsor an evening, featuring Jeetan Khadka, who will present a visual update of Nepal. Jeetan has just returned from Nepal and has spent the last 2 months working at the Maya Academy www.maya-nepal.org. This institute has long range goals of providing food, education, and shelter to students, many who lost parents or their home in the recent earthquake. Music will be provided by our exciting local bands: A2VT and 100% by Bless The Child. Please come to the O’Brien Center, Sat 9/19 from 6-8 to meet your Nepali and Non-Nepali neighbors. Suggested donation is $10.00 for an evening of sharing music, food and updated information from Nepal.
