Stroll over to Shelburne Museum this Saturday, September 5, and raise a glass to welcome Fall at the Vermont Heritage Brew Festival.
A limited number of 10% discounts are available via the Museum's Facebook and Twitter accounts.
The festival highlights craft brews from at least 13 beer, cider and mead makers. Brews specifically created for the festival will be on tap alongside known favorites from Fiddlehead, Magic Hat, 14th Star, Champlain Orchards Cidery, Backacre, The Vermont Pub & Brewery, Eden, Shacksbury, Windfall Orchard, Whetstone Ciderworks, Groennfell Meadery, Drop-In Brewing and Queen City Brewery.
Live music performances will feature: Pete Sutherland and Tristan Henderson (fiddle and guitar), Brass Balagan (a radical marching band), Erica and Eric Andrus, Scheitholt and his Zithers and Fiddleheads.
Tickets are $55; $35 for members of Shelburne Museum and Vermont Folklife Center. They can be purchased online at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/vermont-heritage-brew-festival-tickets-17672118783. Proceeds go to support exhibitions and programming at Vermont Folklife Center and Shelburne Museum. The first 500 Vermont resident ticket purchasers will receive a commemorative sample glass.
Local food vendors will be available onsite.
