Join us in the Faywood Gardens renovated farmhouse kitchen!
This Wednesday, Aug 19th, our class menu is focused on Italy. Only a few spots are open for this week!
The menu consists of:
Antipasti of bacon wrapped broccoli, and stuffed zucchini,
Entrée of chicken cacciatore with ricotta gnocchi (yes, we make the gnocchi in class!),
Decadent Zabaione (marsala custard).
Class spends about 2 hours of preparing and creating the 3 course meal, and then you get to sit and enjoy your hard earned work! And you're welcome to bring your own bottle of wine or beer.
$50 per person, please reserve your space by Tuesday morning for a Wednesday evening class.
Classes are held every Wednesday evening, and the menus change weekly.
