Local bakers are invited to showcase their bread with a focus on products made with local grains at the 2025 Grain Growers Conference presented by the University of Vermont Extension.
New this year at the 2025 Grain Growers conference, we are adding a Baker's Showcase session to spotlight the products of local bakers. The Northern Grain Growers Collaborative invites all bakers to enter a loaf of bread in this showcase. The Northeast is home to incredible bakers who use local grain in their everyday baking. This showcase will highlight the varieties of bread across the Northeast and provide a sensory experience for all attendees to enjoy.
