Free Adaptive Yoga (sitting) at South Hero Congregational church sponsored by National MS . Today only taught by a women who has been teaching this for several years. I have been fortunate to have participated in her classes and find it very helpful. There is a light dinner also, There is no charge it is at 6 pm tonight. Anyone who has difficulty standing to exercise for any length of time is welcome to attend.
