Come visit the Shelburne Farms pop-up cheese shop at the Welcome Center! Resident cheesemonger Rory Stamp will be sampling a selection of our raw milk cheddar and crafting exciting pairings and plates. Shelburne Farms cheesemakers will be stopping by throughout the day to share their unique process and explain how something seemingly simple (milk) is transformed into something deliciously complex (cheese).
