PUBLIC NOTICE
MIDDLESEX SELECT BOARD
SPECIAL MEETING

A Special Meeting of the Middlesex Select Board will be held at 5 p.m., Tuesday, August 11, 2015, in the Middlesex Town Clerk’s Office to conduct a “vicious dog hearing” regarding an alleged dog attack on Brook Road that occurred on July 28, 2015, and another reported attack by the same dog on the same road the following day. In addition, the Board will consider adjusting a property valuation on the 2015 Grand List due to Lister “errors and omissions.” The regularly scheduled meeting for that night has been cancelled.
