Local legend Jimmy T Thurston and his band, the Sleepy Hollow Boys, rock the summer Music in the Park series in North Hero on Tuesday, August 4, under the big tent at Knight Point State Park. The veteran performer, who once led bands like Jimmy T and the Cobras and the Boogy Beast, will be offering up some serious rock ‘n roll, presented by the Islands Center, and sponsored by Dick’s Repair Shop. The concert starts at 6:30 p.m., and tickets are $5 for adults, children 12 and under free. Ticket price includes access to the beach and picnic area before the concert.
Food from Mediterranean Mix and organic popcorn will be for sale, or bring your own picnic. BYO adult beverages, lawn chairs or blankets, and enjoy a live concert under the big tent.
