Come join us to discuss Stanley Aronowitz's latest book, "The Death and Life of American Labor", on the decline of the American union movement – and how it can be revived. Electronic copies of the book are available, please email Liz (lizemedina@gmail.com) if you are having trouble getting a copy.

For this discussion, we will talk about Aronowitz's vision and strategies for reviving the American labor movement, tackling the big questions, such as "What does a group of workers need to do in order to establish a self-managed workplace?"; as well as spelling out his specific, "10 Point Manifesto for a New Labor Movement". Sharing our knowledge, perspectives, and experiences, we will contextualize, criticize, and analyze his questions and solutions.
